About the Role
As the Founding Sales Leader at Hark, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our sales strategy. This entrepreneurial role requires building and managing your own sales funnel, nurturing existing pipelines, and capitalizing on inbound opportunities. Collaborating closely with the CEO, you will define our sales processes, establish repeatable methodologies, and build out the sales team.

Responsibilities
• Develop and manage a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including generating leads and managing inbound opportunities.
• Define and implement scalable sales processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with the CEO to set sales targets and align them with company objectives.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Work cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimize go-to-market strategies.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and report on key metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies in a startup environment.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics.
• Preferred experience in the customer experience or eCommerce SaaS industry.

This role will have a base salary plus commission with a range for this full-time position at OTE is $164,000–$205,000, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
